We were based on recommendations at Café Reiman, Dresden Altstadt. A way to the front, the Dresdener Eierschecke-unschlagbar!! Everything else underground, from staff to kindness. To the toilets just a word chaos!! We are out of this industry, and if our way is to go back there, and there is still such a state, then you can assume that we then take steps that change this state. The responsible persons are then held responsible.

The café is very nice, right next to the castle. The decor is red and gold, completely held in the company colors, part of the leather covers is beige. However, the seating furniture, in particular the inviting corner bench in the rear area, leaves much to be desired. The toilets were dirty, strongly bred and also smells not good. Cake and coffee were very attractive and very well tasted. The operation was okay and always had a hot spell on the lip.

We cannot recommend the coffee in this café, as it seems to be very much saved on coffee powder. Two ordered milk coffees were so watery that we left them standing. The service told us that several guests had already noticed this, but the coffee was the same. The operation didn't seem straight through kindness... Quark mandarin cake was good.

I ordered a christmas tunnel online on 03.12.16 and paid by immediate transfer. On 10.12.16 I received an e-mail that there is a delay in delivery and the tunnel is expected to be delivered on 17.12.16. Since he did not arrive until 27.12.16, I revoked the order and asked for referral back. This was not carried out within the period of 30 days specified in the notice of cancellation. Only on my reminder of 30.01.17, which I had sent to Emil-Reimann GmbH by registered letter with return ticket (charge: €5.35), I received the refund of €28.35 today (03.02.17). According to this experience, I would no longer order anything more against advance payment at this company.
