Cafe Schinkelwache - Dresden

Great place for a coffe and cake after a walk around the zwinger. It's right next to the picturesque altstadt and feels like a mini palaxe inside too. Really great cakes. Commendable service. A little bit expensive but understandable for the location and interiors. They do have nice outdoor sitting with view of the Zwinger.

After a long walk through the town of Dresden, I discovered Cafe Schinkelwache. It was perfectly located within a courtyard with picturesque views and provided a great latte with some fresh apple strudel. The staff were friendly and the prices was very reasonable.

Lovely place to visit... Food was delicious and yes...the place is so nice!!!!!! You will not regret indeed : We had a bowl of soup, omelette (you can ask it and a german pork dish! Hope to visit very soon
