Bidra med feedbackMan, Papa John?s sure has gone downhill! The estimated time of delivery for my order was 53-65 minutes (or something like that), which it didn?t even state until AFTER I placed my order. Had I known it would take that long I wouldn?t have even bothered.Either way, it was still far longer than the quote time, as I waited nearly 2 hours for the delivery. My pizza was definitelyfar from hot, more lukewarm, upon arrival. Also love how they ask you to tip BEFORE your order is received. Additionally, youpay extra for toppings and get maybe one topping per piece of pizza. Might as well save the money and just get cheese.
90 minutes. That's how long we have been waiting for our pizza order tonight an order that had all the extras, all of the favorites just for our little birthday boy. This was his desired birthday dinner tonight. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to enjoyit, because he fell asleep waiting...and is now in bed. The pizza is still not here. For some reason, DoorDash is delivering ittonight and it appears they are making multiple deliveries before ours. So disappointing. We won't rely on Papa John's forspecial occasions (or any occasions ever again. (EDITED TO ADD...Our order finally arrived. The pizzas are cold and our orderof garlic bread sticks is actually a supreme pizza, which not a single member of our family will eat...??????????? Worst.Service. Ever.
We have an office on the same street and order from her often. Today, I ordered online and needed the pizzas just a little earlier so I called to see if that was a possibility. I didn?t catch the name of whom I spoke with but they took care of us noproblem and we?re super professional. We love their pizza and will continue to order here!! Ps if you haven?t tried their freshspinach and tomato Alfredo pizza it is SO good!!
I was nervous about ordering from here due to the horrible customer reviews. However, this papa John?s met my expectations. This papa John?s pizza tasted exactly like all papa John?s pizzas I?ve had in my life. The crust is dryer andless greasy than dominos or Pizza Hut. The cheese and sauce had that same flavor. If you like papa John?s pizzas this hits themarks. The price was the same price as other places. The New York style isn?t quite as thin as the thin crust and the crust isthicker. It doesn?t have that floppy style that a New York pizza has, but it was thinner than their regular style. The chickenwas good and they were generous with the amount. The garlic cheese sauce must have fallen and it?s not sealed the best-it leakedin the box. I?d recommend doing pickup-it?s a bit weird getting to this location but there are spots to pull in and pick upquickly. Pickup on a Saturday night (7:30sh) was quick. I was surprised how quickly they had it done.
How is this okay? Burnt food? Last week my pizza was undercooked and this week my breadsticks are burnt to a crisp. People pay the papajohns premium and expect good food not food like this. I doubt I will be ordering from your store again.
