Horrible service. Friday nite and they only had one Cook and one waitress on staff. I was told this is normal. On top of that the food was made badly and wrong food. Waitress didn't know what tartar sauce was. Worst experience anywhere.

As far as International House of Pancakes go, this one is pretty good. I recommend the country fried steak and eggs. But if that's too much food, you can't go wrong with pancakes.Service was good but lax. Just be proactive about asking for refills or what-have-you and you'll be fine.

I came today here to eat dinner and the waitress forgot my husband's meal walk away she came back with mozzarella stick cold hard could not eat them I'm very disappointed the shrimp they gave me cold hard I will never come back here again the cooks don't know how to cook food cold and forgot husbands order

Really Bad both food and services. Totally a waste of time and money. Not the a clean place to be at.
