Bidra med feedbackThis Arby's didn't have the meats went here last night and their lobby closed early and we had to back out of the drive thru because they flat out said we have roast beef. We went somewhere else but you most likely ruined the draper officer's lunchbreak in front of us not doing your jobs properly remember the slogan we have the meats and apply it to your job next time
Purchased 4 bacon ranch burgers. Went ALL THE WAY HOME! Discovered that I got 4 deluxe burgers instead. Went to return them, they refused to remake, only wanted to give me bacon, that 's not the only thing that makes this burger special, and refused torefund my money. The manager refused to give their name. You really should do customer service training before you do anyother type of training. This could have been easily resolved with remaking the hamburgers. But now I am forced to escalate it onwho knows what kind of scale. See picture of receipt. You really should start paying your employees livable wages. Edit 6-27-22- Management reached out to me and made it right. I changed from 1 star to 4 stars.
We ordered thru Doordash three items from the Market Fresh menu in addition to three apple turnovers. The sandwiches arrived but the turnovers didn't. We called the store and spoke to the manager who stated they ran out of both the apple and cherry. Wethen asked for a refund but she refused too give one. Next we reached out to Arby's Care but no response. So it is bye byeArby's!
I was the only car in the drive through. The employees were patient as I ordered a complicated order(if plain is considered complicated) since my son is picky. I had a bit of a wait once I paid, but I don't blame them for that because I was the onlycar. They needed the time to prepare my food. Soooo, the food should have been spot on, but it wasn't. My son's wrap was in factthe market sandwich. To their credit it was plain. However, when you have braces& you are expecting a tortilla, having breadwith seeds to get in the braces, is difficult to be excited to eat it. My husband's gyro meat was so cold that I'm assuming itwas refrigerated. Disappointing, my husband took the meat off and microwaved it so he could eat it. Polite folks but they needto work on the quality control for orders. Since they weren't even rushed today, I'm thinking I won't drive through if I seeother cars.
I like Arby's, always have. The food is generally decent but today wasn't one of those days. I got a beef n cheddar and there was about a teaspoon of cheddar sauce on it. Also the girl at the drivethrough window wasn't very friendly this time. She askedme a question then turned around and went behind the wall as I was answering. Maybe she was having a bad day but who knows. Ialso asked for extra Arby's sauce for our several sandwiches and only got 3, not even one per item
