Was there bad customer service they need better management. , this lady was mad because i was waiting to order she never greet me and she never said thanks for coming horrible experince she need to cool off before going to work and if she not happy to work she can stay home and relax …???

I called about a pending transaction because I paid cash and had no idea why there was a charge. Someone found and used me debit card. When I called to speak to a manager about it. She called me a b and hung up. ‍ she was there at the time of 10:20. I 've been in the customer service for 13 years and have never done this no matter how bitchy someone was being. Y 'all need to get the 15 year olds out the back, if they are capable of even answering a call right. Hope the actual owner reads this and teaches that some management skills I will be there later today to talk to the owner sis! Because no owner of a business would act like you did ‍

Drinx is a very convenient coffee shop when you need to get caffeinated and go.Drive-in service is fast and definitely beats the other larger coffee chains in the North Downey area.I was very happy to see they support Homeboy by selling their baked products.

Very good drinks! My favorite go to is the lavendar latte, the vanilla capuccino freeze is also delicious! ??
