Bidra med feedbackReloaded my application with $50 $2 tip before I ordered anything. I ordered one regular Venti coffee with cream and one decaf coffee venti size with cream as well. I was told only one cream per two orders in very bad manner and attitude. I ask for the manage and she was the manager. She made man pay $0.87 for the cream. When my coffee was ready and while taking the cub to my table the lid was not properly closed and spilled the coffee over my jacket and on my shoes. I was told to leave the store because I dropped the coffee on the floor while my friend was getting napkins to clean the floor. It was very very bad experience and never going back.
Everytime I go here the person at the drive thru always has an attitude. Sorry I inconvenienced you with my business again. Stopped by at 6:20pm today and the girl at the counter seriously needs a career change if she is that rude to people.
I get that’s it busy in the morning. But you work in a coffee shop… a little acknowledgment goes a long way.
Went here with a few of my buddies to get some Starbucks after a long day of arts and crafts, since I was craving a mango dragon fruit lemonade refresher (Super yum you should try if you haven’t yet . Anyways a worker named Kara she had this bubbly and like chill personality loved the vibes she was giving!! Seemed like she enjoyed her job!! Took our order. Ended up with not only a super yummy drink (Which came out pretty fast! but with a great experience! Definitely by far my favorite Starbucks!
Good service as always. Drive through always crowded, though, leaving no place to park.
