Dunkin' - Downers Grove

Amazingly friendly service every time I come here. They always seem to get everything right. I wish all locations would be like this one. Whether you go through drive-through or walk up. Thank you again also, this is a great location conveniently right off of Ogden Avenue just east of the highway.Food: 5/5

The girl with the black hair was too lazy to walk and get a hot sauce for me because she was off at 2 and wanted to leave. The only reason I order wake up wraps. Wasted my money. Won't come here ever again.

Manager Cristina was extremely disrespectful to me during my time working there. Additionally, the entire establishment is operated by individuals my age, so if you value quality customer service, I strongly advise against dining here.

The female employee working the night shift has a poor attitude and lacks the proper skills for making drinks correctly.

I would highly recommend Dunkin' Donuts! The staff at this location in the morning is very friendly.
