Chipotle Mexican Grill - Downers Grove

Love this place! Food is always hot and freshly prepared. The line is sometimes annoying, but the food makes it worth it! And the cashier Daja is a very beautiful young lady and has no problem to recognize and help regular guests!

I came to lunch and this is my first time I ever came to this particular chipotle. The cashier, Jenna, was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful service and very outgoing personality. Chipotle's lucky to have someone like her here. Go on, Jenna!

The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The staff is not only friendly but also quite attractive. This location of Chipotle is definitely a solid choice. I enjoy combining steak and sofritas in my burrito as it strikes the perfect balance of protein and fiber. Overall, Chipotle feels healthier compared to many Tex-Mex eateries out there.

This Chipotle just opened, and the interior looks fantastic! All the employees were incredibly friendly and attentive. I stopped by because I needed to leave my car at the store, and this location was within walking distance. I shared my story about having to trek through the snow to get to my car with the girl who was preparing my meal. When I went to pay, the cashier surprised me by telling me my meal was on the house and that she hoped my day would improve. I couldn't believe it! I nearly cried. This Chipotle truly went above and beyond for me, and I am so grateful for their kindness. What a fantastic team!

The burrito bowls are consistently excellent, and the takeout service from this location is always satisfying.
