Milano Pizza&grill - Dover

The order was prepared promptly, and it included a medium steak with onions and spinach. Unfortunately, it was excessively salty due to the sauce. I am unsure if I will choose to order from this restaurant again.

I have tried reaching out to the manager for two days . I spoke to one of the employees and they informed me that i would receive a call back and never did . I purchased a cheesecake from them and in the middle of me eating it i noticed it was covered in mole , later that night i got really sick and began throwing up and had to visit the ER .The employee that I spoke with didn’t seem to care and brushed me off and I’m very disgusted. 0/10 recommend

Never ever again will I order from this pizzeria. Very disappointed I even gave a hour inadvance to make my food and still screwed it up soggy breaded mushrooms and onion rings with oil dripping off them. My pizza was still cold when I got it.

I ordered a cheesesteak. It was burnt and there was just a hint of the extras on it like lettuce and tomato. I also ordered a cold cut sub for my mother. It looked like the skimpy subs we got during track field day in middle school. There six thin slices of meat on it with, yet again, a trace of other toppings. I heard they changed owners though. I hope they listen to their feedback.

After reading some negative reviews, I was hesitant to order from this place. However, since I was waiting for a long time at the emergency vet next door, my options were limited. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and my order was ready exactly when they said it would be. I decided to try the chicken parm sandwich and it was delicious. The bread was great, the sauce was good, there was plenty of cheese, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I don't usually leave reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here and wanted to share some positivity.
