Bidra med feedbackI would not recommend ordering through the app at this restaurant, as it is apparently fulfilled by UberEats and McDonald's takes no responsibility for any issues with your order. The attitude is disgusting and the manager, Dom, doesn't seem to care.
My fiancé ordered chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. I ordered a donut and McFlurry. It wasn't a complicated order. We had to wait for our food to be cooked, so we expected it to be fresh. However, the fries were cold, the McFlurry had melted, and my donut was completely forgotten. I was very angry.
Ordered on the app and waited in bay. Drive thru seemed to be moving quickly. Waited so long, eventually gave up and went inside to collect our lunch. Returned to the car to discover our burgers were Stone cold. Had to go back inside because their was no milk with my tea. Unfortunately not the first bad experience we have had here. Won't be returning. One plus though is that the staff seem nice.
The drive thru service is quick but the food tastes awful, I ordered a double bbq quarter pounder with cheese and was given just a single. My partners cheeseburger tastes like cardboard.
I am a long standing loyal consumer of McDonald's. But I was very disappointed with staff at the Dover UK McDonald's on Sandwich road today. Both mcmuffin meals missing from our home delivery order (via Just eat) this morning and neither driver or McDonald's taking responsibility. Really disappointed. How difficult is it to check orders before they leave the restaurant. I rang the restaurant and being told to just claim a refund that takes 7 days and order a new order is really not the ideal solution. No food when hungry and we don't all have spare money in a cost of living crisis for repeat orders. We live less than 5 mins away and thet could have just sent out a fresh order and we would have been happy. Awful customer care. Fuming.
