Bidra med feedbackThe man at the counter was wearing his mask with his nouse sticking out of it. Anyone in food service should wear a mask properly when he is preparing food for the public. There is no point on wearing a mask the wrong way; that would be like wearing a diaper the wrong way. My daughter is home with Covid for the second time. I will not be buying food from any restaurant where the employees don't use a mask or doesn't use it properly.
Always great food and great service. I usually go here on my lunch breaks. 30 minutes doesn't allow for a lot of time, especially if you are stuck in traffic. I can count on quick service and friendly staff to get me in and out and back to work to enjoy my lunch!
My boyfriend ordered the food online for order pickup; for one the food wasn?t even made until he got there plus the food was not made right! His sandwich had the wrong veggies and no mayo. My sub barely had any meat , a lot of veggies but no mayo no mustard or any other sauce I asked for. The service was horrible and the sandwiches was dry ! Don?t eat here .
Horrible customer service from the manager order was completely wrong so dissatisfied... Update the beginning of my review I did speak about the experience I had, but later the manager sincerely made it right and I'm thankful for that. Just know if you happen to order for delivery and order wrong call doordash I really was needing lunch for my daughter and the store didn't know door dash policy is they would deliver the correct order right away.
Today Oct 31 @7:50 I ordered two grilled pressed sandwiches. Once I got there the sandwiches weren?t pressed, they were also cold. I requested a refund and she told me she doesn?t know how to do the refund. So now I go home with two cold sandwiches and I don?t get what I ordered. First and last time I order at this subway. Update: When I got home, both sandwiches were poorly made. It?s a shame how low customer service has gone. Spoke to the Owner and a refund was offered if I brought my sandwiches back. This was offered when I contacted him 4 days later. Safe to say I will not continue to shop at this location.
