Bidra med feedbackThe customer service has gone down hill a bit. I feel like the people outside taking orders are just weaving in between cars without looking! And the young people taking orders are always super distracted. The food is great most of the time! They justneed to tighten up a little bit on the customer service and making sure that Food is fresh!
My food was not prepared properly and now they are charging $5 for what was a shake that was a small a few months ago now they are charging more for less. We got to stop giving people our money when they intentionally give us less but makes us pay more.Wake up people. Never again. Also the chicken patty is small. I would rather got to longhorns and get their chicken sandwichwhich is more and cost less
The third time I have ordered a large fry from this location and the container is half full. Also, the food quality at this location falls behind any other chick fil a nearby.
Let me tell you... This is hands down the worst location of Chik fil a I have ever been to. And no, this is not just after 1-2 visits or after a forgotten fry or a wrong drink. I have been going to this location for over a year almost 2. You would thinkthat I would stop going but it 's CHIK FIL A. I thought at some point they would improve. The customer service is mediocre atbest. The accuracy of the orders are just poor. And the quality of the food... Not consistent. Over salted fries (to the pointwhere they were not edible), the salads are wilted, and the milkshakes can sometimes be runny as if they say for 15 minutesbefore handing them to you or they but way too much chocolate syrup to the point where the shake is dark brown or too little towhere there is barely a brown color.... The list goes on. Please do not go here. This last visit was my last straw. Half thesalad was wilted, the dressing tasted a bit sour/pungent (I order the same dressing every time, avocado lime ranch), the extraitems that we paid for were not in the salad (double the cold chicken instead of hot chicken... We got one serving of hotchicken which was salty). Bf was gonna eat it since I couldn 't and he couldn 't even take a second bite. We called to tell themabout the issue and they offered to replace it at a future time. We redeemed the replacement today and it 's STILL wrong. In factwhen he re ordered it and when the attendant read it back it was completely wrong. When my bf got the order, he noticed the bluecheese was missing and attendant told him we are busy and they did not give it to him. I 'M DONE WITH THIS LOCATION.
Found out today they're human after all. For the very first time ever at this location I got home and found that I didn't have an 8 count nugget that I paid for. I did get the 2 12 counts sandwiches and fries, just not the 8. Like I said it it was thefirst time ever and they were really, really, busy. I've eaten here 100's of times over the years. Everyone was super friendlyas always! I'll be back and I know it will be outstanding as always!
