Silverdale Glen Cafe från Douglas Meny

Nice place to take a quick lunch, the sandwiches we had were really nice, we sat outside to look at the boat lake, we would like an ice cream, but unfortunately something was wrong with the machine and could offer only 1 favor.

A nice simple walk though can go too steep for less powerful people from bottom to top, but from top to bottom to manage.

We went to lunch just before the end of the season. It was delicious and fresh. Very friendly service.

Beautiful walks, gorgeous lake, fab playground for my 21 month old (just about big enough with help to enjoy it and a lovely cafe :
