Little Coffee Bean - Douglas

Serves New England Coffee which is a good large brand. Cute location but it felt like they were trying to do too much with their menu. Should reduce their menu and focus on quality. Cold brew was a little gritty feeling. Decaf coffee was brewed fresh which was good.

Horrible customer service from the owner. Item costed $5.50. I asked for a little cream cheese it went to $7.95. When I asked she respond with attitude and told me immediately I was wrong. I could have bought a package of cream cheese my self for that price difference. That's a fast way to lose a customer if not multiple
