I booked and paid on site my weekend from October 29 to November 1, 2021, has my great surprise when I made the car, I was asked to receive the hotel to pay a second time. Although I told the receptionist that I already paid, the latter reassures me that the site will not debit the sum, okay, so I paid. 3 days after I saw on my account that the site took the money so I paid twice. I called the hotel to ask for a refund, I am reassured that I will have a transfer in 3 weeks, things I find long. 3 weeks after nothing, I reappear and again in 2 to 3 weeks it's without fault that I'm going to receive my agent... nothing always after 3 weeks. I repeat, the same promises... we are 20/12/2021 so nearly two months. I'm not leaving, make my money, you made a mistake, take it and pay me. I'll never come back again.
