Things Wings Northside - Dothan

Eating is great and cheap. the service was terrible. we were the only table on our side and saw the waitress once commanded us. no beverage refills, no check on request for 30 minutes. we finally have a host who only refilled one of our drinks. completely ignored my less than half full cup. no wonder why there are hardly any people here during dinner. Ordering is your best friend, that's all I can end up with. ps. have been waiting for the ticket..still waiting.

The food was pretty good. The burgers are good. Maybe, not $9.00 good or $10.00 is what they charged me. 2 for $20 burgers but the menu stated they were $9. Told the cashier about the price and she said they haven't updated the menus yet. Ok, you still have to honor the price. No, because that's not the correct price. Then maybe you should let the customers know when they order. Well the price has changed. Worse part she walks off. Wait? What? Needless to say I will not be back. Rip-off, Rude, snobbish, and not worth my $10.

Really rough night for them. Couldn't keep up with the volume of customers. Food was good though. Update: went back with a group of 8. Restaurant wasn't that busy, but the kitchen CANNOT keep up! Our total time there was nearly 2 hours. The first half of our food came out maybe 20 minutes before the 2nd half. We won't be back to this location. The waitress was super sweet, but she suffered for the inability of the kitchen. And no discounts offered for the delay. At this point, I blame the management. Twice in 2 months and we've had the same experiences. That is less an issue of employees and more of a reflection of poor management. The food is too good to lose customers on bad performance.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Literally the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. Not only was my order messed up but after I ordered bone in wings and received nobo wings, the wings were not cooked thoroughly. It was like they cooked for 1 minute. In addition my wings had sauce drizzled on them instead of them being tossed in it. My food was cold when I received it, my fries were burnt and old and it was just overall a horrible meal. I would not recommend this place to the starving if the food was free.

I stopped by things and wings tonight to place an order. After waiting at the counter several minutes with no acknowledgment; several young guys (different ethnicity) came into the restaurant and was immediately greeted and seated by the staff. I waited a couple more minutes and still no acknowledgment. I then left the restaurant because my money is the same as everyone else. Will not be going back.
