One of our favs. kind; acomadation of substitutions; very fast imma want my chicken thoroughly cooked;

Food is always good. But this trip they gave us the wrong order. They called us right as we pulled up to the house and asked us to come back because they gave us the wrong order. Told us we would get a refund. We turned around and went back and the general manager refused to give a refund because the employee didn’t speak to her first. So we will probably just go elsewhere next time.

Service was great and the tenders and nuggets were good.

I never know what to order here. So I always get the chicken fingers with the sauce but it would be nice if the drive through employees could help guide me by telling me the specials so I could try different things. They were closed last time I went there. Maybe it was due to Covid. The drive through at the location next to Publix on the circle is awkward to get in and out. The chicken fingers were a little soggy. Could use some attention to this.

I'm sad to give this place such a low rating because the staff is SUPER friendly. Unfortunately though, they never get the order right for me. I always ask for extra sauce, pay for it, and rarely ever see it. I also have noticed that their chicken is really inconsistent. Sometimes it is way overdone and deflates when I bite into it and other times it is still pink inside. I live right up the street but have started driving across town because this location just isn't worth it.
