Cheeburger Cheeburger - Dothan

I visited cheeseburger cheeseburger on 4/10/2022 and eating was extraordinary! I was looking for a facility with a large turkey burger and this restaurant was not disappointed. it was tasty, juicy and well prepared and they can choose from a range of menu page options (e.g. roasted mushrooms, swashing rings and seasoned pommes etc. I loved the service at this place! the manager came by to ask, we have the türkei burger the answer was absolutely yes! it is now a dying art to get friendly service, where the manager deals with guests about the service and their experience. I drive forward regularly to visit. I highly recommend this place and what an ingenious experience!

We called ahead to ask if they were doing dine in, which they were. When we got there there was no one at the counter though. We only waited a couple of minutes so it was fine. The Pepsi I got didn't taste good and no one really came to ask if everything was okay but it may be they want you to come to the counter bc they do have u order off the board like other fast food restaurants. The food was really delish and fresh. I had the Wiregrass breakfast burger that comes with an egg, hashbrowns and bacon on top, which I couldn't even finish. Hubs and I both got the onion rings and there were enough left over for another person. All and all really good and would definitely go back.

Haley was amazing. Aside from being very skilled at her job handling the front counter, she made sure customers were content, cleared dishes, all while taking care of walk-in customers, take out, and dine in and making shakes. She never skipped a beat or an opportunity to thank a customer for coming in, seeing if anyone needed more to drink, or anything else she could do to make our experience more pleasant. Kudos to Haley. And while the woman preparing our food was also pleasant, the food was not up to par. The burgers were overcooked, but the cheese wasn't melted, the buns were cold, the fries were cold, and the bacon was cold. Odd, we felt, that the burger would be hot but nothing else. The taste was OK if you can tolerate overcooked burgers. All in all, we'll be back making sure to note any changes we'd like to make like holding the Chee sauce... I'm not sure what that was supposed to be but it was runny and lacked any distinctive flavor. I would have been better off without that. That's just my humble opinion. I wish I had thought to take pictures before I finish my lunch.

Pretty let down with our experience this time. When we moved away this was the burger place to go. We recently came home and wanted the great burger we remembered and was greatly disappointed. Burger was hard dry and tasteless. We will give them one more redemption shot in the future otherwise we will go somewhere else.
