Bidra med feedbackI am not sure if there is any favor over customers or not. When I entered at the door, the lady told me the lounge is at capacity and put me in a waitlist. However, I see she let other people in.Very rude.
This loundge is always full. My last 2 flights, I couldn’t access it, was placed on waiting list that never opened up. BNC needs to extend the space, limit the time or restrict some passagers with free cards to go in. We buy their expensive cards but can’t never get the benefits. The employee are telling me it’s like that all the time.
2023 queue to get in, too many customers inside, average food(better than a year ago though), staff ok. Not a special experience in any way, but entry free with CC.
It was very crowded and tough to find a seat. The food was alright but the lines for the bar were very long. The washrooms were not well-kept. If there were more space and more staff this would be an average airport lounge but the crowding is a big problem.
I wish I could rate 0The guy at the front desk « Martin » is unbelievably rude. You cannot imagine how rude he was.He needs something above and beyond training. We canceled immediately our stay because of his attitude and we went to Air France Lounge. Don’t waste your time even talking to this guy.
