Roosters Kitchen - Dorking

Not a bad place to eat, but quite expensive. I have a main meal and two diet cokes which came to £29 with a tip. The food was fine, but nothing special, so it doesn't feel like a value place to eat on any level. The service is good, but someone on our table didn't get what she ordered and they didn't seem keen to rectify their mistake. Overall, not bad, but nothing special. I won't be coming back again. Loved Roosters! Excellent friendly service and delicious food. I had the lamb shank which fell off the bone. The thick cut tender calamari starter was also excellent. Just had lunch at the Rooster. It’s the best meal I’ve had out in a long time. An amazing fish stew! Thoroughly enjoyed it. All our party enjoyed their meal. Our waiter Jason was welcoming , helpful, pleasant and attentive . Thank you Jason. Give Roosters a try everyone I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Go to Dorking Halls around once a month and this is the PERFECT pre place. Lovely friendly staff and the chicken on skewers is amazing.
