Armed and too table. the foundation was not so busy with many tables not occupied. also after receiving the personal care order, where placed 1 hour after arrival. there was enough personal, only no guidance. the commands finally arrived cold and did not impress or received a uncompromising discussion under the group. 3 of the group had received and eaten before the 4th came the use of an excuse like covid or no trained staff is not justified because the leader or chef was busy sitting in register. give her a miss

The location is beautiful and so is the historical building, but this location has gone downhill under this current management. I recently admitted for a quick coffee and it was terrible. very weak and could not taste the coffee at all. I got $25 for. two water cups and a muffin paid. what a sweat!

Would not visit this caffe again. service bad. untrained girl around 15. all orders have not been published on request. calamari half cooked. milkshakes brought out where weeping was ordered twice after waiting for our drinks, long wait for eating. owners rude when we complain....Very bad experience overall and wasted of money!

The sign on the doorstep advised to step through the back, but there was no one who greets us or sits us up. we set ourselves, waited. then another family was sitting and menus given. the waitress ignored us, so I went up and asked for menus and told me I need to log in to get what is good, but someone would have come to us with a sign in code and menus. we then waited 20 minutes before our coffee order was taken and was asked if someone had our order, which of course not. When the coffee and eating finally arrived, the coffee was probably one of the worst I ever had and that was under average. the service was one of the worst I have ever experienced, and my family and I will never go back. what a shame as it was so beautiful when we were 3 years ago. if there are new peculiarities, they have completely missed the sign on everything.

What an awful experience! I was served calamari that looked and tasted worse than food court calamari had the consistency of a dead twig When the waitress (the only bright note in a dreadful lunch) came, I let her know that it wasn’t...ok. She said she would let the chef know. But no-one approached us. We didn’t get an apology in fact the very rude maitre’d was even ruder when we went to pay! Such a sad experience we’ve been there a few times a few years ago had lovely lunches. They’ve definitely dropped the ball! Please don’t put yourself through dining there it won’t be an enjoyable experience
