Dunkin' Donuts - Dorchester

BY FAR the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. The wait time is insane and the management is terrible. They hardly ever put more than 2 people on the floor so I don’t even think they let the poor kids who work for them take breaks which explains why my order is almost always wrong. Try another dunkin, this one sucks.

Worst dunks ever staff is very unfriendly, the coffee order is always wrong. This store was recently renovated, the should have made employees retrain in customer service staff is rude and disrespectful to

Love the new upgrade and it's not crowded by people who are just hanging out out front and around building making it tough to get in and not be hassled by them.

I wasn't sure this DD was open but I check it out the other day and it looks great. The whole area even the cell phone company next door got a make over. The staff look great in uniform. My order was correct and ready for me to pick up. Dorchester Ashmont area community deserve to have a upgrade DD and the employees deserve to have a nice updated work location. It looks great and I hope it continues to look great. Thank you to the person that full fills the online orders because honey you got my coffee right! Have a awesome work life!
