Visiting from Canada and decided to try it out as we are staying in the square. The pizza wasn't great. Also, there was a buy one get one deal and we were charged the price for both pizzas, then told it was because we didn't ask for the deal, then the guy became annoyed when he had to change the amount. Tried to rip me off on 2 occasions now first on new years medium pizza was displayed as 13.50 tried to charge me 20.00 then today 28/01/23 tried to charge me 14.00 for a chicken fillet burger meal displayed as 9.50, I pointed out it was 9.50 and the guy at the till turned the screen off and told me no Absolutely horrible bunch, treat all their customers like they're hammered drunk and don't know any better
