Coffee Connexion - Dollar Point

The girl working the espresso machine the morning of 7/6 shouldn’t work anywhere near customers or making lattes. I ordered a vanilla latte and it tasted like someone poured cane sugar to the rim with a splash of espresso. I politely asked for a drip brew instead and she argued with me I just needed to stir it. So I proceeded to stir it and took a sip and said I can’t drink this it’s so sweet can I please just have a drip brew. She told me no. Where’s the customer service? Hands down the worst coffee shop I’ve been to and my first bad review I’ve ever felt the need to leave because of the poor attitude and service by the employee.

Mediocre espresso and drink making for high prices.

I recently visited Coffee Connexion and had a truly disappointing experience. First, the service was incredibly slow and disorganized. Despite the shop not being particularly busy, I had to wait over 20 minutes just to place my order. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, adding to the frustration. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for my order. When I questioned the bill, the cashier was dismissive and refused to correct the mistake. The coffee itself was mediocre at best, certainly not worth the inflated price I paid. Overall, my visit to Coffee Connexion was an unpleasant one, and I do not recommend it to anyone looking for good service or fair prices. There are plenty of better options out there.

Before leaving Tahoe, decided to get coffee close to where we were. We could not find it since there wasn 't a sign somewhere saying where it was, and we had gone to Safeway first. Once we found it and entered, we thought it was a nice little shop, but we were not greeted, and all we got was, What would you like to order? It was around 11am, so it was not early for the staff to have attitude. Once we got our drinks, the staff did not bother to say have a great day or anything. There was only two girls working. I got the coconut latte, and it was good 5/5. My son got a smoothie, and one of the girls gave it to him overflowing, where it got all over the cup, and she did not bother saying anything. The coffee is good, but they need to work on their staff manners and how they serve their customers.

Meh coffee. Did not even fill the cup fully. Gas station quality, coffee shop prices. No place to sit. No atmosphere. Crepe was good though.
