Scelta Dispensa Casarico - DOGLIANI

Stopped into the little village of Dogliani after a beautiful drive through rolling hills and vineyards. Went in to this shop and found a great selection of local wines and crafts. Even though we were on our way to a private tasting at a nearby winery, I ended up buying a case of wine here! Plus, had a light lunch of excellent prosciutto and melone with a caprese salad with awesome mozzarella and olive oil.

Dogliani is a rather sleepy small town but this wine shop and bar on the corner is a nice spot to sit and watch whoever is passing by. A fabulous Aperol spritz, local wine of course and a delightful aperitivo and a friendly helpful owner.

We were looking for a place to have a drink on the Piazza San Paolo. Seeing the outdoor seating we decided to have a look inside. The wine bar has a big selection of open white and red wines where you can choose to have just a taste, a glass or a bottle. Most of the wines were regional from the Dogliani area or Piedmont. We then sat outside and were surprised when the owner brought out a big platter with anti-pasti and bread to enjoy with our wine. Very tasty. A nice view of the Piazza and the church, under the stone arches before the wine bar.

È un posto molto curato ai tutti dettagli. Bella carta dei vini, non solita! veramente ben studiata. Servizio molto accogliente. Dispiace che dove vivo io pochi posti a questo livello! Grazie per vostra forza in quel momento così complicato e buon lavoro!

Tradizione in tavola, ecco cosa cerci se vai in langa. Buon vino e cibo della cultura. Vista ottimale fronte la cattedrale del paese e in prossima del centro. Menù con le giuste proposte, tutte della tradizione, come anche i primi e particolare l’hamburger di salsiccia cruda. Fantastico !!! Servizio molto alla buona, gentile e cordiale. Il conto rispecchia il contesto. L’interno curioso Perchè è una bottega che rivende alimentari di propria produzione. AT
