Four Points By Sheraton Melbourne Docklands

The food was good, the service not so much, the wait for drinks and understanding what we wanted was slow. We had a table of 6 and then there were 3 other people in the restraurantf, so it should have been a lot better.

A good place to meet for conversation at breakfast time

Disappointed we had to wait 20mins between first persons meal and last person's meal, meaning we couldn't enjoy it as a family meal. It was also disappointing to see that other people were being served their meals ahead of mine (I was the last served at the table). The food was also overcooked and dry, and as it was their everyday menu, I found it hard to believe that they had so much trouble with timings and quLity of the food. Only 1 of the many staff who served us took the time to apologise, none of the other staff even acknowledged how long we had been waiting. Also, if you have a trainee waitress, then please teach her and support her! The trainee originally took our order, even wrote it down but we still had to confirm with another waitress what we'd ordered 10 mins later. This dining experience was very poor and unfortunately I will not be recommending this restaurant to any of my friends.
