My husband and I used to visit this restaurant often for its delicious pizza. However, after today's experience, I will not be ordering from here again. I placed a delivery order through Glovo, but received a call apologizing that the pizza was only available after 11am, so they substituted it with a chicken dish. The delivery was quick, but the borscht was spilled, the potatoes were overly peppery, and only bread and sauces were delivered correctly. Despite spending almost 1200 UAH, the portion size was small and left us hungry. The only thing we enjoyed were the syrniki and drinks. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Yes, it’s a little difficult to find this place because it is located on the second floor in the shopping center, but the large area, free seating, comfortable easy chairs and large tables, as well as an excellent view from the window, make you feel comfortable. The prices are a little high compared to analogues, but the quality of the dishes is the speed of preparation and your wishes will be taken into account, I also consider it a plus. Not intrusive friendly staff without sarcasm, envy, fatigue, discontent this also makes the atmosphere pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed the restaurant, but there were a few minor issues: it was difficult to find in the shopping center building, it closes at 9:00 PM, and the portions were on the smaller side. However, I recommend giving it a try as the atmosphere is nice and the prices are affordable. The service, dining experience, and atmosphere all scored a 5 out of 5. I recommend trying the Chicken Caesar salad.
