The soft drink was forgotten and came shortly, with very little delay I admit, one tortilla was with the wrong ingredients, but the highlight was the chicken straw, which was almost raw! When we called the store to find out, the operator 's first response was Hey, it 's a shoe! . We, the customers, had to emphasize in a restaurant how dangerous and unhealthy this is! We asked for a refund and ideally not just the €2 of the chicken, which was not done and I can respect that as they are not obliged to do so. I expected, however, that it would be done as a goodwill gesture. The owner called us back, we talked calmly, he asked us to return the raw straw (to prove our claims) and when I expressed my displeasure as I have been ordering from the shop a lot lately, the response was Look, it looks like we are not begging for customers . I understand the mistake, I understand the refusal to refund a larger amount. The rudeness and complete lack of professionalism, to the point of threatening the health of the customer, but no. We eat quite often (place of work) and we are always satisfied with what they serve us!! Honest food both in quality and quantity and in several codes better prices than their competition. Surely everyone has their own criteria and surely what you give you get.. .just in this particular shop you enjoy the maximum!! Highly recommend!!
