Dairy Queen Treat - Dillsburg

This is the best Dairy Queen that we have stopped at. The people are very friendly and the restaurant is clean throughout. The bathroom was also clean. The decor shows the history of the restaurant which was really interesting. Their custard has always been a favorite of mine.

The staff were kind and quick on a busy holiday weekend. The restaurant and tables were clean, though some may call its interior just a little bit dated, I found it to be charming and retro I enjoyed the vintage photographs in the walls. The bathrooms were clean and functional which is always appreciated (which wasn 't true of many places we traveled to Memorial day weekend). I can only say that, given my love of dipper cones, I was a little disappointed at how thin the dip was. Ice cream was leaking through within moments, and the best part of DQ is a lovely, thickly coated cherry dip cone. However, all things being equal, this was a great restaurant with great staff and I highly recommend them. There is no food, just ice cream treats, at this DQ. So plan for ice cream for dinner if you 're traveling through and expected burgers and other DQ meal options.

Delicious ice cream, generous portions, and super fast! We visited while this place was packed on a Sunday evening, and we got served very quickly. Lots of seating inside and outside, and we really enjoyed the sets of outdoor furniture beside the parkinglot where there is plenty of space for groups to spread out.
