Valley Cafe Catering - Dillard

My man and I stopped at breakfast. he ordered a southern omelett with extra meat and no bellpeppers. they give him bad heart burning. the waitress didn't write anything. when he got his omelet, it was full of pfeffer. my man is a humble man and just started picking up the paprika, but there were so many. the waitress went over and said oh, that was my fault and did not offer to roast it or take everything out of the bill. she just acted so well.

I don't want to leave any negative reviews, but eating was just not good. the service was great, the restaurant was clean, but eating was not fresh. my wife ordered a chickenfajita omelet. the chicken was not edible and resembled frozen chicken strips that were heated in the microwave. the side of the speck was burned and toast was very well roasted. I understand that there is a great shortage of work and perhaps caused a problem in the kitchen that caused these problems. 5 stars for service and 1 star for eating. *Updates my 3 star rating on a 1 star after the very unprofessional response to this review*

This is my second visit to my man and everything that was wonderful to eat. jason was our server and he was great! we'll eat there soon!

We had a party of 5. two of us had hamburger steak and three of us got the sirloin steak. we all thought what we really tasted good. the sirloin is a decent cut. what the options for how they want to cook their steak: if they choose medium, they simply know that it will be ****. well done, as they expect, well done. the desserts were incredible! our whole food came out pretty fast. we had to wait outside for about 25 minutes before we sat down, on Thursday evening at 6:45. there were 4 other parties that were facing us. many open tables, but the lack of employees seems to be the problem. service was good. they are looking forward to eating there again.

Stopped here to eat on our way to Atlanta, GA from our cabin in Sylva, NC. This was such a pleasant restaurant. We loved our down home cooked meals plus delicious desserts! We will return for certain.
