Los Arcos Mexican Grill - Dillard

The restaurant is closed. There is a sign on the door thanking their customers. There was a truck backed up to the door apparently loading up what is left.

Have went multiple times and had no issues until all the sudden our hostess/waitress tried to refuse my service because of my service dog who has had extensive training and they haven’t noticed her before. Disrespectful and discrimination against someone with a disability and tries to just eat.

Jose, the chef/owner, makes delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine. Everything is great, but my personal faves are chicken enchiladas with salsa verde and the steak burrito. Service is friendly too! Overall a fantastic dining experience!

Great food and service. Wide range of choices and always quality food. Fair price to portion size.

Me and my S/O have eaten there multiple times. They did not want us in there bc of his service dog; when we have brought her with us every time we have eaten here. Legally you cannot ask for documentation, its on ADA website. We were treated differently, and they wanted to sit us outside( They DO NOT have any outside dining) After we left the waitress CONTINUED to talk about us to other customers in the establishment. We did not appreciate being discriminated against, bc he has a disability.
