It clearly won the be of which fast food restaurant has the most visitors, though surrounded by two other restaurants.

Nothing against this location but yeah, that isn't real ice cream. Sadly. The place is clean and people come for WiFi

The food is all right and there's quite a lot to choose from the menu. I usually have one of the rice and meat plates that goes for $6. Waiters are not the most professional or even the nicers ones. I like how cold it is inside the restaurant, specially on a hot Dili day, and it is quietly than other restaurants. Chairs are fairly comfortable, the food doesn't take long to be ready, and the taste of it hasn't changed from time to time. Finding a parking spot can be hard during lunch hours and the kids selling “pulsa” right outside the restaurant are a nuisance.

It probably deserves more than 3* but not 4. It’s a nice clean place which is frequented by quite a few Chinese, which says something. The service is good. I had beef fried rice and iced tea for a total of $8. Fried rice was a little greasy, but I have had much greasier before. It seems this was best cheaper option on a Sunday. I won’t come back as there are better value places that are open during the week.
