This particular subway is too cheap to even make BLT subs. That is horrible.I don't even want to give them one star.
I decided to visit Subway at 6:00 on a Sunday. I have never encountered a staff so determined to make sure you were aware they were closing soon. I let the man behind me go ahead and order as we were not yet decided. The woman told me to hurry up and decide because they were closing soon. It was 6:15 and there was limited selection of veggies due to the impending closure at 7. I understand that. We were reminded two more times that they were closing soon. The bathrooms were unavailable and one customer was directed to portable toilets across the road. They left without ordering. Just while we were eating at 6:38, we were reminded once again that they were closing soon. Then, another staff member reiterated the message at around 6:40. I jokingly mentioned that I had heard the rumor several times already. The only staff member who was not consistently rude was the lady with the British accent. The rest seemed consistently rude. I do not frequent that Subway location often, but from now on, it will be a special treat when I am out of town. In my opinion, 45 minutes should be more than enough time to order a sub and eat.
This Subway location offers the typical menu items you would expect from the chain. It would be great if they offered vegetarian patties and more options for those who follow a vegetarian diet.
The two older women working there are well beyond retirement age. The customer service is awful and the sandwich was just average. They almost refused to honor a coupon I had, claiming I didn't have the entire coupon. I pointed out where it said "cut here" on the coupon, but they continued to insist that most people bring in the whole coupon. I showed them the booklet of coupons it came from, which was a community Christmas coupon book promoting local businesses, including theirs. Despite the clear instructions to cut the coupon, they did not apologize or acknowledge their mistake. Their unfriendly and unprofessional behavior made for a terrible customer experience.
