Kalen's Takeout - Digby

Kalen's Takeout is the best food truck in Nova Scotia. Local Seafood done right, for a great price! :)

We have driven by the place a few times whenever we are in Digby and decided to try it out. It was an excellent choice. Definitely get the "home fries"! I had the "cheeseburger" poutine and it was soooooo good! Also an excellent stop because it has a few picnic tables under the trees and since we do not leave home without the dog and hate leaving her in the car, she was able to get out and lay in the shade by our picnic table while we ate! The service was also amazing and very friendly. Thanks!

The food is carefully prepared and is always of high quality. Service is efficient and delightful. One trip here is not enough as they have specials and additions to the menu based on the season. Seafood is especially well done.
