Bidra med feedbackThe staff was very knowledgeable. not a Gf menu, but only ask and they will let them know what gf and zöliakie is friendly. pasta grill section can be made gf and there is always a gf dessert option. no gf fries, no gf brot before the meal.
I also noticed that they don't have their own dedicated fryer, which is a concern for someone with celiac disease. Additionally, I found it surprising that they charged extra for pasta, and the server mistakenly charged me for a dessert when she shouldn’t have. While they do allow modifications to the menu, it would be great to have clearer communication about what’s safe. Overall, I felt safer knowing what to expect for my next visit, and I appreciate the improvements that can be made in the process. I had initially called to confirm they could accommodate my celiac needs for my birthday dinner, and while the server was very friendly and genuinely tried to help, the lack of clarity on gluten-free options was troubling. I ordered the chicken classic with sweet potatoes, but what I received was not what I asked for. Although she assured me that the wrong dish was gluten-free and free from cross-contamination, I had a severe reaction afterward. The gluten-free dessert I had was enjoyable, but unfortunately, there weren’t any birthday options available, so I had to pay for that as well. I hope my feedback leads to better training for the staff regarding allergies, and I look forward to seeing improvements next time I visit.
Original review: I called ahead to ensure they could accommodate me for my birthday dinner, informing the server that I have severe celiac disease and was worried about cross-contamination. The menu didn’t indicate which dishes could be made gluten-free. The server went to the kitchen and returned with a verbal list of safe options. I ordered the chicken classic and sweet potato fries, but she had to check again for safe sides. She was kind and understanding, but she also seemed inexperienced, so I kept confirming that my order wouldn’t be contaminated. Each time, she checked with someone in the kitchen. When my meal arrived, it was Rosano chicken with sweet potato fries, not what I ordered. However, she assured me it was 100% gluten-free and free from contamination, so I ate it since I was hungry and didn't want to wait. Unfortunately, I was very sick for the next two weeks. I doubt they have a dedicated gluten-free fryer. To make matters worse, I was charged extra for a few fries that were supposed to be included with my meal. The gluten-free dessert was good, but they didn't have a special option for my birthday, so I had to pay for it.
The gluten-free and dairy-free pasta was excellent. The server was knowledgeable and friendly.
The staff was very knowledgeable. While there isn't a separate gluten-free menu, if you ask, they'll happily inform you about the gluten-free and celiac-friendly options available. The pasta grill section can be made gluten-free, and there's always at least one gluten-free dessert available. However, there are no gluten-free fries or bread offered before the meal.
