Cathy who works at the Dieppe Harvey’s is so personable and a joy to be served by. Every time I go in she’s all smiles and goes out of her way to give you good service. I told her I’d hire her if I had a

1 car ahead of me in drive thru, took over 5 mins to get to the window. Guy at the window was great, tall Indian man. Yoing man who garnished my burger thought that standing by the window with my food in hand and talking to the female staff person was more important than giving me my food. He was polite when he finally handed me my food but I think he missed the point of giving me my damn food instead of chatting in plain sight of the customer. Not impressed

I waited at counter for 10 minutes with two people eventually noticing me but not acknowledging me. I left and will not be returning.

Waited for 15 minutes just for poutine on drive if this is known as fast service I never want come
