Bojangles - Dickson

I went to Bojangles order a Chicken sandwich meal. The sweet tea was sour, my fries were cold and hard and my sandwich was lukewarm. Not pleased with service

Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no service and nobody was in line but workers were walking around in the parking lot hanging out smoking something having a good time as if we weren't there so I left and went to Arby's down the street. If Icould give negative ratings I would.

This was actually my first time eating here we had to wait 20 minutes for some rice however it was worth it I enjoyed my phone and the chicken biscuit was good as well I ordered a few things off the menu enjoyed it I would visit again

Top of the line everything. We always get the Bo-rounds and ham biscuits. Biscuits are the best. You taste the buttermilk and they?re always crispy on the outside. When I let mine get cold they?re still good. Ham always looks freshly cooked. Anytime I?mnear a Bojangles, my crew knows what time it is. It?s Bo?time!

On July 21 I went to this location 2 times at 2 different times of the day.(family member was on a soft diet only from a surgery) Each time was a pleasant experience with the guys working the drive through. I wish I would have gotten their names.Both friendly, helpful and nice which is hard to find in the world now days .. one time was lunch time one visit was dinner
