Bidra med feedbackMy husband and I ate here in June 2017. The owner chef Emilio takes utmost pride in his preparations and presentation. The seafood was exceptionally fresh and meticulously prepared. Every course was delicious down to and including the dessert. Wine was lovely and his homemade cedro liquor was marvelous. I wanted to bring some to my cousin in Cosenza so I asked whether I could purchase some. He said he didn't sell it but he came out with a lovely bottle that he gave me for her as a gift. We enjoyed the meal so much we came back the next day. This restaurant and the owner is the best Calabria offers.
I reviewed this restaurant in 2017. I was back once after that and yesterday my husband and I went again. It was as good as ever and now the chef/owner Emilio has built a large terrace with a view of Diamante below. It is a fish restaurant. The fish is extremely fresh, the dishes are inventive as we had found previously. They are, meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. The prices are right for the quality of the food. Good wine list. Emilio comes around to every table to check to see if people are happy. We definitely will return again!
