Bidra med feedbackOne of my favorite places I visited. I was there on Thursday at 11:00 and there was almost no food. The coffee machine didn't work either. The staff told the guests how they liked better when the lounge is empty. United must improve this location.
Customer service is lacking and the unpleasant woman who works at the reception at the DFW United Club Lounge at 9:30 Ct on 3 February 2023 should be fired. I came by to see if I could access the Club Lounge to take a number of conference calls for work. Because of the pandemic I haven't traveled so much until recently, and I admit that I don't cheat on all current or new rules regarding the United Club access. When I came to the club lounge without welcoming me, I was immediately instructed that outside the kitchen was not allowed and I had to throw them away. To be clear, I wore a coffee and a bag intended for the garbage. I asked and explained that I was not on a United flight that, after flying from an airport that does not operate from United Airlines, and asked if I was still able to use one of my club passes, a United Explorer card holder. I was told, no. The representative then went on to explain in a deterrent and repulsive tone that the policy of the need of a same day United Ticket was the policy for a long time what my stupidity for not knowing about this policy. Then I was released from the club lounge. Is that what I should expect from United in terms of customer service? He seriously questioned me if I ever wanted to give my business to United, although I have been a customer since the Continental United merger. I hope you ameliorate this abyssive behavior and make sure that you don't do it with other males.
Very nice relaxing environment to spend some time. Also they had a very good selection of food.
Food is really low quality,bartender Is running around barely available to take order as she is doing kitchen work or something.Environment is good but the service is terrible for a lounge.I was flying business class aircanada and very disappointed.
Absolutely awful service and cleanliness. It's a shame to see a once good location and airline be represented as such
