Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Devon

Awesome! It was warm and nice out there...me and my family love dairy Queen!!!

Had the worst experience here. Ordered a couple snack things for my kids. I pull up after a car or two in front, I hand the cashier cash. She takes it with gloves on. Same gloves that have been coming in and out the window. She turns around, picks the pretzels up by the actual food, and puts them in the bag...with the gloves still on. I stop and comment that she is wearing the same gloves for handing cash, and now my food, and she shrugs and says I guess that 's just how we do it here ..... Gloves protect your HANDS, they don 't protect the things you 're touching. Extremely disgusting hygiene standards and I definitely cannot bring myself to eat here again.

Not the best service. Our strawberry sundaes had no strawberries just strawberry juice it looked like. Our burgers were okay but no sauce for chicken strips that we asked for and no ketchup.

Recently went to a 5 year old birthday party at the Devon Dairy Queen. Sstaff were friendly and the play area was a hit with the kiddos. Only reason they are getting 4 instead of 5 stars I thought the play equipment could use a good scrubbing; but then again, I find the same at most places play equipment.

Sitting in a dark parking lot eating a chicken burger. Hubby thought it a had a mushy texture, turned on the interior light of the vehicle to see that the chicken burger was raw. He returned it to the restaurant and they gave him a new burger, but now we're worried that he will get sick with salmonella. Fingers are crossed. We won't be returning to this DQ
