Longest drive through ever, ordered pick up in advance and they were not open for walk ins. The car line was 8 long and I just went to work and skipped getting my coffee I already paid for. They should open store just for pickup. There's no advantage todoing order ahead because you have to wait for every car in front of you to order. Also, the app gives you a choice for instore pick up, but then when you get there there's a sign that says drive through only
Did mobile ordering so I didn?t have to wait in line. Showed up and it says drive through only to which I had to wait in a 10 minute line anyways. UPDATE YOUR MOBILE ORDERING so I don?t waste my time. How can you not have the store open for mobile ordersonly??????
Came here afyer lunch. Pulled up to the drive through and waited a while just to have the employee say hold on... then they took a while to ask me for my order. I asked for a cold brew black and the woman acted confused. Took them forever to get me mydrink and it tasted terrible. There was 5+ employees working seemingly doing nothing.
I come here often since this locations is right by my gym and office. I usually try to order ahead on the app, but at more than three quarters of the time the order is incorrect. If you change anything from the default item options, it?s almost guaranteedto be ignored.
