Valentino's Diner (detroit)

Went through the drive thru and ordered a coney dog and grilled chicken salad. Something in the salad tasted spoiled my coney dog was cold as ever and also in my salad the lettuce core was in the salad hands down my worst experience from anywhere it’s bad that I stay so close and I don’t think it can be fixed.

Workers are nice and I got the double bacon cheeseburger and it was huge and very delicious.

Stopped by here late. Served me a mondo burger with frozen fries. Won’t be back!

This place is trash, they’re rude on the phone when you order. I ordered my husband and I 2 cheeseburger deluxe meals neither burger was done. I guess they were rushing because they were busy but you can’t rush on people food. Really, I’m not ever ordering from here

This is a great little hidden gem diner! When you walk in the door, if you’re lucky like me, you’ll meet Mickey! She’s a beautiful soul that greets you with a smile and that energy that says you’re with family and she knows you haven’t been eating right! It was a quiet morning, but the atmosphere from the employees was lively and fun. The decor is brightly colored and clean. Random customers came in for takeout and left with smiles.I ordered the meat lovers skillet with red skin potatoes. My plate was mounded with food! I didn’t even eat a quarter of it before I was full. The potato’s had crispy skins, and they did NOT skimp on the cheesy goodness. It was perfectly seasoned and I never thought about picking up a salt or pepper shaker!She was patient while my son used his communication device to make up his mind about what he wanted and treated him like seeing someone nonverbal was an everyday occurrence. She never asked me what he wanted, just dealing with him. That means a LOT to me. He had the nachos grande and I could tell he loved it. He was dancing in his seat! This is going to become a staple when I’m in this area!
