Didn't they have the food ready, told me to come back in 30 minutes, so did I, and they didn't have the order at all when I went back to terrible service????
WOW... I wanted to try to place order again (you never seem open), but something told me to read these reviews. More surprising than all bad reviews, is the incredible CHILDISH AND UNPROFESSIONAL answers from you as owner. If I could leave 0 stars, I would have. Never been and tried to go about a week ago. Everything was good when I placed my order over the phone and picked it up. Cashier took my card to pay and ran it several times, then told me my card didn't work. I had literally used my card, where there was another known money available. The person I tried to use her card too and was told that she was the same. We had no cash and the cashier looked at us as if we had to find out why his card machine didn't work. Ends up leaving without food and quite disappointed about the lack of effort. Probably it won't try again.
Did someone say hot mess? This neighborhood pizzeria failed and missed the mark. The pizzeria was only two blocks from my destination. I ordered a pepperoni, Italian sausage and bacon pizza with BBQ wings and a soda for delivery. After waiting two hours for delivery I called to find out where my order was and got no answer. I decided to go pick it up. When I arrived looking for my food i was informed that they did not know where the delivery driver was. I prepaid when I called. They had no record of the payment. I had to show the charges on my banking app in order to receive my food and my delivery cost refund. When I got home and opened the box it was not what I ordered. It was a BBQ chicken pizza and it was not cut into slices. I tried to call back but once again no answer. They were not supposed to close for another 20 minutes. I was forced to go to bed hungry and wait for them to open the next day to get my order correct. When they opened the next day, i went and talk to the manager about the problem. He offered to replace the pizza not the entire order which would have been more than right for all the inconvenience. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait when i came back in twenty minutes they were just putting it in the oven. I waited a total of of forty five minutes. During that time i listen to this manager trash talk the night shift crew. Not taking responsibility for the mistake as a whole company. He was showing decision like his shift was better. NOT TRUE! I get my pizza and get home only to see the order was wrong again. I received a pepperoni, Italian sausage and ham pizza. SMH... I gave up. And will never order from them again. My bill was $30.18. I did not get what I paid for. The end?
