Motor City Grill - Detroit

So I called in to place a pickup order, I was ordering for my kids and myself, the order taker I assumed was a man, deep voice, everybody in the car said the order taker sounded like a guy. So as a lot of confusion was going on outside, I was in the line, the kids talking, just a lot of Commotion in and out the car, in the midst of all this, she asked was I done, and I said “I have some more to order sir, she responded, ok mam” so she heard me say to my kids, “now I know I don’t sound like a woman, and she responded “well you called me sir, and I’m a lady ? I held back confrontation only because my food was being prepared here... the end result was terrible customer service, an awful response to a customer

Love the ladies that work here always happy and pleasant the food is the best wish they stayed open later.

Thanks for your service, also I ordered chilli cheese fries and when I say I loved how everything was prepared I did not take a picture ???everything looked so good I had to try it out.
