The ice cream range is good but the state of the toilets is disgusting. These clearly haven’t been cleaned for months with the build up of dirt this hasn’t happened on one day, before that excuse is used) , if we had been in there first no way would I have eaten there. Shocking and no excuse

As usual tasty ice cream, delicious. Lots of different flavours. Ours is banoffee

Please spend some money on your toilet facilities. Broken lock Broken toilet seat No toilet paper No hand towels No soap Not clean In need of redecoration Very poor standard considering the amount of money passing through the tills. It gives the impression that you don’t really care about your customers experience. Good points! Great good and ice-cream ? (Visited on a weekday late morning)

Travelled a few miles for a sundae with the kids- wasn’t disappointed! The lad behind the counter was very patient with my picky eaters and very knowledgable about the products! Really enjoyed the ice cream, the only thing I would say is that the menus could do with a wipe (sticky menus are a pet hate of mine! but would visit again.
