Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches

This location doesn't have a lot of drivers so the wait time is longer, thats ok, customers can prepare ahead of time before they're hungry. Sandwhich was great, drink was still ice cold, and my sandwich was perfect.

I'm so done with Jimmy Johns. Can't even make a simple sandwich, plus have to wait an hour for delivery.. I ordered the beach club, and it was missing the tomatoes and the avocado. If I wanted the basic turkey sandwich i would of order that, and it wouldof been cheaper. Its really disappointing to order a sandwich, wait an hour for it, and it not be what it was suppose to be.

The biggest problem with Jimmy John's is that their favorite sandwiches are so loaded with meat that it all slips out of the bread while you're trying to eat.

We ordered three sandwiches but ended up receiving four and being charged for all of them. Only one of the sandwiches was correct. We also didn’t receive the chips or the mayo and mustard sides, and the pickles were missing. To top it off, the sandwiches were made on the wrong type of bread. We called the restaurant, and they are refunding us for the extra charge. How hard can it be to make a sandwich? Good grief.

I'm really confused. I ordered three sandwiches but was charged for four, so I had to drive back into town to get it corrected. They fixed the charge and refunded me, but when I got home and opened the food, none of the three sandwiches were what I ordered. Can we please try to get it right? I even spoke slowly while placing my order, knowing that things can get messed up if you talk too quickly. It's just really frustrating, especially when I have a child with food texture issues.
