Cafe Elbing - Detmold

I was here for breakfast with friends. After 40 min. Waiting time for the coffee I kindly asked the service if it was on the go. Answer: “We are here at work, not on the run.” The lack of kindness of the staff is slowly talking about in Detmold, often it is slapstick-reif!!

Very delicious food. We had a piece of apple cake and a piece of strawberry maracuja cake. It was great that our dog was allowed to go in! Unfortunately it was just a little tight and very warm in the café.

Through a gift I became aware of the café. For a tea and cake, I looked over there. The ambience is actually very chic, relaxed and welcoming, I felt very comfortable! Here the nice waitress works from the former Café Chocolate. It was a pleasure to see you again and talk a little.

A warm thanks to the dear and empathic staff in the service. There will be really over-average effort with the guests. We were there with toddlers and the cordial handling left us a lasting impression.

The positive first cafe and cake at a very good level negative: unattended operation (waiting time of 20min, although hardly occupied places).
