Domino's Pizza - Destrehan

Wow. I've had several orders that were wrong that I just let go. Tonight the delivery order was wrong again so I called. They manager says he'll give me a credit of $20 or he can redeliver the food. I asked for the credit, but he didn't explain it was astore credit that can only be used on my next order by calling the store to get the credit (which I have no doubt they won't beable to find). When he finally explained that, I opted for the food to be redelivered and the guy acted like he couldn't evencare less that they screwed up yet another order. Like seriously. No apology, nothing. I asked if he was the manager and hesaid yes. WOW. Won't be using them again. Its a shame, they used to be really good. Not real confident that food will behere any time soon.

The worst customer service. In all of Destrehan. I put in a pizza order and they said 20-30 minute wait. I show up in 35 and pay. Then sit at the window another 10 before the girl comes inform me they had an order of 170 pizzas to fill before mine andshe didn?t see it. So now my wait time has almost tripled and I speak to the manager Shane Franklin. He insisted that I wentthrough a call center but I specifically did NOT, as I?ve learned my lesson with them. So I ask what he is going to make thisright now I have to leave and get my child off the bus and come back. He says,? I?m not doing anything. There?s others whoseorders are behind now too and they?re still waiting. I?m not doing nothing.? Horrible! Take your money to Rotolo?s

I realize this is just a fast-food pizza place, but I'm really impressed! I recently moved from Metairie, where the pizza places were awful—always dirty and frequently getting my orders wrong. I decided to pick up my order from this location so I could see it for myself. It’s impeccably clean! The staff is incredibly friendly, too. The man who rang up my order even asked to see my receipt before I left, just to make sure I didn't forget anything, like sauces. That attention to detail really impressed me.

I ordered last night and had an incredible experience with the fast service. The delivery person was very friendly and adhered to all my instructions. The food arrived hot and absolutely delicious. I've noticed a significant improvement in quality since my last order over a year ago. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be returning!

I sympathize with some of the workers; they only get paid for four hours and are required to use their own vehicles. Additionally, many customers don't even tip them. It's challenging for them to deliver pizzas promptly to the residents and their homes. However, the drivers are friendly people doing their best despite these challenges!
