The Red Door Saloon - Destin

I love this place. A lot of us locals hang out there. Tourists always welcome. Great bartenders. The food I have eaten was good. The view is fantastic. Usually a nice breeze!

$2 beers. View of the harbor and boats was good but slightly unstructed. View was elevated and their was a nice breeze. Definitely one of my favorite spots so far and highly recommended. Plenty of outdoor seating. Food looked amazing. We willdefinitely be back

A great local bar during the day, and a heavy tourist military bar at night. This is where I would start my nights on the weekend as a single man. Solid bar crew, pricing food. If you?re from out of town, this is one of the 3 places in town (thatI know of) that is most likely to catch a fake ID as the door guys take their job seriously! (Good thing) The main bar istechnically outside but most of it is covered and it overlooks Boathouse. Nice patio spaces. A smaller indoor bar with a fewarcade games. The bathrooms though are tiny and very difficult to keep maintained considering the massive volume of people. Ifyou don?t like shoulder-shoulder packed action, don?t come here when the sun is down on the weekends.

The bar is nice if yoy get inside, but they don't like foreigners. I can go anywhere with my Swedish/International drivers license except here. Go to the Boathouse at the bottom of the hill instead. They have good prices and good people.
